Half-Assed? Semi-Committed? Lame? Award Yourself!
I was not nominated for a SocialLuxe Blog Award. Or any other super-fancy blog award. After discussion with MaryMac and MinkyMoo, I have determined that this is due to my deep and abiding mediocrity. After more discussion with Guilty Squid and StarkRavingMadMommy, I realize I am not alone. (Yes, I refer to my friends by their Twitter handles. Like you don’t do that! You don’t? Great. Another way that I’m mediocre.) So today, let us celebrate Mediocrity! If you are Mediocre or know someone who is (or aspires to be), this is the blog award for you! Share it! Steal it! Tweet about it! Ignore it! Forget it! Do the Mediocre thing!

The truth is that I think you’re slightly better than mediocre. Actually, you’re awesome.
You are so not mediocre, but I am…so I am totally going to steal this award.
However, because I am mediocre…I am not going to write about it today…maybe tomorrow or Monday. 
If you’re mediocre, then I am lame (or something equally as sad).
But I’ll take the award and wear it with pride.
We don’t get nominated for anything unless we do it ourselves. How much do we SUCK??

I love this! And, I think I may go ahead and steal it…because I am too lame to make up my own. But, not right now…in a couple days because I’m a half-ass blogger and it’d be too much work to do it right now.
Also? I refer to my interwebz friends by their twitter names too…and most of the time in my head I add “@” to them.
