It’s that time of the week again! Thursday rolls around and I’m once again trying my hand at one of the thought-provoking prompts over at Mama’s Losin’ It.

  1. I like "will this matter in 50 years?" – hell, most of it doesn't matter in 5 minutes – so I try to let the petty crap go each day.

I liked Al Franken better before the whole Senate thing – now he's just another grumpy politician.

Maybe he needs to channel his inner Stuart?

OMG…I thought of Stuart Smalley IMMEDIATELY when I saw this prompt. I was going to write about it and call the post "because doggonit, people like me."

You are HILARIOUS. So funny. I love the "please move" bit. Sounds like something It'd think.

    Great blog!

I love Stuart Smalley. And I think "Please Move" is a great mantra. But then, I'm not all that centered…. or calm.

OMG, this is so funny- b/c I was totally thinking about that skit when I was writing my post yesterday! LMAO

  5. Jeanette says:

I love this! Very well written and oh so funny.

  6. Oddly, a classic SNL skit came up in my blog today too. Remember "Mr. Short Term Memory?"

My daily mantra, or at least, what comes through my head and out my mouth most often?

    "Stop touching that!"

  8. Stef says:
